Developed and handmade in the award winning The Cottage Restaurant, Chef Sham’s Sauces include a versatile One for All Sauce which is a flavoursome base to any Asian recipe, a Chilli Ketchup with a fiery kick that adds layers of flavour, a Sweet Chilli Sauce great with chicken or as a dipping sauce, a Balsamic Jelly which is an excellent accompaniment to a cheese board, a smoky Hoi Sin Sauce great with pulled pork, a Tomato Chilli Chutney that’s great with bread, a Fresh Sundried Tomato Paste that is the most delicious dip and a Fresh Basil Pesto that enhances dishes ranging from pastas to pizza!
It is no wonder the sauces are so full of flavour, they are made by hand in small batches using only the freshest ingredients – some of which are grown by Sham in his own Cottage Polytunnel!
